Financial Guidance & Partnership Disclosure

By using the SHIFTED platform and accessing our Funding Resources, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. We are Advisors, Not Lenders

Shifted.us is a strategic property preparation service. We do not provide loans, lines of credit, or direct financing. We identify third-party capital pathways (such as Notable, HELOC providers, or 0% APR options) based on the information you provide.

2. Third-Party Terms Apply

All funding options are subject to the specific terms, credit approvals, and interest rates of the respective third-party providers. Shifted does not guarantee approval or specific loan terms.

3. Independent Financial Advice

While we provide strategic recommendations to maximize your home’s value, we encourage you to consult with your own tax, legal, or financial professionals before entering into any credit agreement.

4. No Fiduciary Liability

Shifted is not liable for the performance of third-party lenders or any changes in your financial standing that may occur during the renovation or selling process.

5. Service Agreement

If the property is withdrawn from the market after project initiation, project costs and management fees become due. You retain all upgrades made to the property; outstanding costs are settled according to the terms of your signed project agreement.

6. Launch Fee

A one-time upfront Launch Fee is applied to initiate services. This fee is credited back to you at settlement upon successful sale of the property.
